The past two months have flown by and have seen me buzzing about all over the borough and indeed the country attending events.

Topics such as Community Business Development, Network growth, Social Enterprise and Social Care have been on the agenda. The events have left me with lots of information, new contacts and inspiration which will help the team back at HQ further develop our offering to best support the people we exist to help.

I was also invited to the Locality Convention & Awards ceremony in Bristol as we were shortlisted for the Partnership Award! Our video, played at the event, gives an overview of some of our work this year. We were unfortunately pipped to the Award by Embrace Leeds but the recognition of our work is what is really important to us.
